What Is Bootcamp?
I get asked this question a lot. Basically Boot Camp is a way to get fit and learn the fundamentals of living a healthy lifestyle with other people in the same boat as you. You can learn, not only from me, but from the people around you.
By joining one of my Boot Camps you’ll be introduced to group activities which, if you need it, will build your confidence while losing weight and getting fit.
When and Where is it Run?
The Boot Camp is run Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday Morning from 6.30am till 7.30am and Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, 6.30pm till 7.30pm at Coley Recreation Ground, Holybrook Road, Reading, RG1 6EJ.
